Business Development Manager

Job description
EarnWealth is seeking a strong, self-driven Business Development Manager to contribute to our company's growth. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added software products or services, and staying abreast of changes in consumption.


Experience - 1 - 3 years
Salary - 3L - 6 L + Incentives
Location - Pune


Roles and Responsibilities

· Acquire clients, direct and End-to-End sales of IT services and products (Software)
· Identify revenue opportunities across industries
· Create business relations with existing and potential clients
· Manage and develop client accounts
· Initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients
· Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business
· Report sales progress and activities to the higher manager
· Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain contacts
· Maintain healthy sales pipeline


Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development or similar role
· Experience with CRM software sales
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to understand customer requirement and propose appropriate solution
· Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to sell value and create credibility
· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Enthusiastic to serve customers
